Items having to be sent by 1 to 3 day Courier due to their large weight or product types, can only be shipped to UK Mainland and lower Scotland regions ( contact us to clarify post codes if your not sure before ordering ) due to extensive costs charged by the couriers , otherwise any item that is capable of going via the regular mail service by the post office can be shipped to all regions of the UK.

If you order a item for delivery by Courier please make sure someone is in all day ( 8am til 6pm ) as these items need to be signed for otherwise the items will be returned to us and any costs incured by the courier will be charged to you. It will also cost you again to have the goods shipped out. ( courier and payment company requirments not ours sorry )

If you can't be sure of being in when the delivery is due, please arrange delivery to an address where there will be someone between the hours of 8am til 6pm

We only ship to the UK address given to us here when filling in your invoice and UK shipping address on your GASIT webshop order or if you paying via paypal WE HAVE TO send to the paypal payment address - this is their instructions and requirement not ours i'm afraid.

We can not be responsible for a lost delivery to another address i'm afraid.

We send all our goods out very promptly - usually same working day on your orders received by us before 2pm, but if your order is urgent, please call our office immediatly you have placed and paid for the order on this webshop so we can confirm recipt of the order from the system.

Our deliverys are sent 1st class post, recorded post or Next Day working day delivery - which means someone might have to sign for the goods to be received at your end.

Our Postage charges are not just the cost of a stamp, we also include all costs incured in the packing material and also the cost of taking the postage to our nearest major sorting office which is in excess of 20 miles away and the wages to cover that trip. If your not happy with our charges please feel free to come and collect the goods from us as this service is free.

Please make sure that there is someone in to receive it from the post office or Courier or they will return it back to the Depot and they will leave a card for you to call them. Once they leave a card, they will attempt one more time then they hold in your local depot for you to collect and you only have a few days to contact them to collect it after the 2nd time before they automatically return it back to sender - us!

If the item is sent back it will take a few days for the goods to be returned to us and then you will have to pay postage again to get the goods back to you once we received them back with us and we will have to charge you again to resend any returned items back to you like the courier charges us, so please do make sure you contact the post office or Courier quickly when you have received a card to save this happening, and to arrange either re delivery ( if allowed) or for you to collect in person.

If you would like a copy of the tracking number please contact us once you have paid and leave an email address and we will immediate forward you the tracking number so you can keep an eye on the delivery times.
